Projects
-
Sienna Wood
Bushfire Prone Planning continues to support Stockland in delivering a compliant and resilient subdivision design for Precinct FP5 within the growing Sienna Wood Estate in Hilbert, Western Australia.
Working alongside the project team from the early design stages, we integrated bushfire risk management into the planning process, balancing safety requirements with environmental considerations, including proximity to a Conservation Category Wetland.
Early and continued collaboration ensures alignment with Western Australian bushfire planning requirements while supporting a sustainable and well-planned residential community.
-
Tasman Holiday Parks, Yallingup
