Mike Scott to Participate in WA BUSHFIRE WORKING GROUP

Mike Scott (Level 3 BPAD Practitioner – BPP Director) has been successful in his Expression of Interest to be part of the Western Australian Bushfire Working Group.

The main purpose of the Western Australian Bushfire Working Group is to allow for open and transparent communication between industry and regulators. (Bushfire Services – FPA Australia – Aug 2017) Outcomes from the Working Groups are communicated more broadly through the distribution of minutes from the meetings. Recently FPA Asutralia called for Expression of Interest to be part of each state Bushfire Working Group.

Mike brings over 25 years of knowledge and experience in the bushfire sector to the group and he looks forward to contributing towards the development of open and transparent communication between industry and regulators
